For me this week as I look back the practices that I have used most and plan to use in my daily life are the meditation and the visualization I just got back from a run and i have to say every time i use the visualization technique and see my self getting better and feel all my muscles working together in unison it is great and makes me want to keep going. When I do sit ups I feel my abs getting stronger and i can see how they are becoming firmer. As for the meditation i am using more and more time during the week to do this and use the cd to help me along from the beginning of the course i was very frustrated but now I look forward to my "time outs". I have more patience and am more relaxed and even reasonable during the day time now.
Sefla,
ReplyDeleteI am so glad you are more reasonable during the day time now. Your days will certainly go better.
Taking time out, as you say personal"time outs" to be quite, visualize and to meditate is something I can relate to and do as well. To think about how to be and do better, and have time for myself is mind balancing and important. Meditation on good things, kindness, love, compassion, and peace help me to stay positive. I certainly need to stay in a positive way to be reasonable as well. Having a forward progressing mindset daily and knowing that I have the potential to do great things is motivation. Staying focused, helps in the big picture of life.
Good job on your running.
