AS of right now no luck with this weeks mediation I am meditating I just can't do this visualization for some reason. As for leading by example in the fitness realm or any other for that matter, you can not expect someone to listen to you if you can not relate what are you going to tell your clients when they ask you questions,. They are coming to you for a reason and if they have to wait for you to research and an answer or ask someone else then they are just wasting there time.
Ramadan starts here soon so I am looking forward to including meditation with my fasting I think it will make the whole process more beneficial and I will get more out of it!

Honestly this weeks exercise made me smile i was sitting in the park with the kids playing and recting the phrases. It was really nice to say it. I do try my best to make others happy and take them into consideration but sometimes people are so negative and some times they are just so negative due to whatever circumstances an they refuse to see any light. This is disappointing to me but not disillusioning as I always try because every once in a while someone gets it. Like I said more people just need to get on board and the effect would be greater.
AS for myself I think I need to work on my interpersonal I have a handle on the other three i just have a hard time looking at myself a friend pointed out once that I can look into the mirror and see everything else in it before I see myself.

This week was much better for the meditation! My first try was not all that but, when I tried again at the right time it made all the difference. The first time I tried the CD it was in the morning my mind was racing a thousand miles a minute and I really couldn't focus. Then I retried at night in the evening it was a revitalizing experience. Loving kindness was easy the first time and I had no problem at all I think because most of the time I try to put myself in someone else's shoes. I am also incorporating the visualization into my workout and have had a very positive experience so I intend to keep that going!

Well looks like I just learned something new! Last weeks blog I posted in the comments instead of the posts, but I think I have that figured out now!! This weeks relaxation was very nice I love the beach the ocean and all the sounds it reminded me of when i use to go to the beach in Iceland and just sit and listen and forget about what ever drama was happening at the time. I find taking on someone else pain as the most unique experience, it can be hard sometimes to put yourself in someones shoe's but I think the benefit is great because then you have a greater understanding and appreciation for everyone around. I am feeling a bit more light hearted lately even though my stress is very low I guess everyone can use these techniques and benefit so I look forward to next weeks experience
