Hello all!
This will be my first blog so I expect to have a little bit of a bumpy ride I am looking forward to this though! I am very interested in this course though I have gotten off to a late start. Myself I am currently trying to get my own body to a healthy place I have been "trying" for too long so I am finally changing and just going to get it done! As for the relaxation I will have to do it again because it did not do anything positive for me as I was in the wrong frame of mind, I had too much going on and it was too slow, so I apologize and will do it again at a relaxing time for me. Right now though with everything it was just not a good day.

ReplyDeleteI will have to rate my physical well being at a 6 and half. I am currently over my BMI and working to bring it down however even though I have a strong endurance and complete a 3K most mornings it does not change my BMI yet!! As for spiritual well being i would really give it a 8 leaning toward a 9 I am at peace with pretty much everything in my life except my physical well being. I am surrounded by a good healthy people and have the love of my life and beautiful kids,this gives the most balance. As for my Psychological well being I would give it a 9 I am not having any stress right now and things are going pretty good I can not complain, so no head aches there. The things I can do to improve my health is I have added a cardio workout to my walking routines i have taken all oils out of my diet (lol largely due to my gall stones), and I am trying to put more activity into my days. As for spiritual I think I am on the right path I just need to keep it up maybe some meditation could be a nice addition. For psychological well being I think maybe to be 100% I need more time for sleeping!!
As for this relaxation it was very enjoyable and I think because I allotted the right amount of time for this one I really enjoyed it! I look forward to the next one!!
Don't worry, you are not alone, many people are trying to improve on their health including me as well. Great job walking your 3K most mornings! That is excellent.

You are so right about getting more sleep. The right amount of sleep can make such a big difference. I read somewhere that we need 6.5-7.5 hours of sleep a night to be healthy.
I am curious about your new cardio routine?
